Why Are Services Continuing?
When Bench transitioned to new operational management, we contacted all clients via email and website banners to provide details about the changes. We offered a consent period to modify or cancel services. Since no action was taken on your account during that time, we’re continuing services in line with your agreement with Bench.
What Does This Mean for Me?

Can I still make changes to my agreement?

Why am I still being billed?
